SYSTEM INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
ICT installs and provides maintenance services on all major brands of mobil power systems. Our technicians are certified and offer more than 35 years of experience in the industry. ICT is highly recommended by both powerail manufacturers and end users, and we encourage prospective customers to contact our references.
SYSTEM EVALUATIONS
We offer evaluations to determine current and potential problems areas within your EMS system(s). These evaluations include written reports that identify problem areas, the cause(s) of problems areas, and recommendations for repairing these areas. System evaluations can help you minimize the risk of a production stop, and help to improve your Preventative Maintenance program. ICT will perform these extensive system evaluations quarterly, bi-annually, or annually. It is common practice to have a system formally evaluated soon after it has been installed and prior to heavy production.
SYSTEM TRAINING
Your maintenance staff may require instruction for servicing your mobil power systems. ICT offers training programs that are tailored to fit the specific needs of the customer. Training Courses are conducted on-site at your facility by a certified installer/technician, and classes are scheduled to coincide with either or all of first, second, and third shifts. Our program is a hands-on experience for your personnel, and upon the completion of training we will extend 24/7 phone technical support to any member that participated in the course. We request that class sizes do not exceed eight (8) trainees per session.
SUPERVISION
(INSTALLATION AND/OR MAINTENANCE)
ICT will provide a certified Supervisor to oversee the installation of your mobil power system.
MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
Some of our customers require more specialized programs that entail pre-set maintenance services. We develop a curriculum that is dedicated solely to that specific client. An ICT supervising technician along with your managing personnel create a service agreement that will address your specific needs. These contracts can be implemented on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or annual basis. The specifications of the required manpower and service applications are stated in the maintenance contract. These programs are beneficial to our customers because they show a cost savings while ensuring that their systems are fully maintained. When entering into a maintenance contract with ICT you will have a certified technician readily available to your at all times.
