CONDUCTOR BAR SYSTEMS

These individually insulated conductors have touch safe housings, and can be used side-by-side or stacked to accommodate multiple power lines. We offer a variety of different insulated conductors for many types of Mobil Electrification applications. Switches, curves, control zones, etc. can be field modified, and these systems can be stacked for multiple poles.

These systems are used to provide a safe power supply for large material handling equipment such as container handling systems, loading bridges, and cranes. They feature a heavy duty enclosure for open conductors or high voltage systems. We offer both Under Ground and Above Ground Heavy Enclosed Conductor Systems.

These systems are primarily used for applications with one or many of the following requirments: Extreme heat conditions, hi-speed, hi-amperage requirement, or soiled/dirty environments. Examples include coking operations, steel mills, and people movers.

Available in 4 to 11 conductors with amperage capacities from 30 to 300+ these systems feature multiple conductors in an insulated enclosure. The self guided current collectors mean that they only need to to be towed with a towing arm. The collector travels inside the insulated enclosure with the electric cable connected through an opening in the bottom of the enclosure.  A neoprene sealing strip can be used to keep debris and fumes out.

Shaft mounted conductive circles (bands) that allow for the uninterrupted transfer of electrical current from stationary to rotary equipment.
